Every athlete’s body is unique and responds to physical stress differently. We identify each athlete’s limitations and design exercises to correct those deficits, while improving strength, power, and elastic capacity — building a body that can handle their sport for years.
With clear progressions, measured overload, and smart training-day decisions, athletes avoid plateaus and keep stacking results — no matter the schedule or circumstances.

Coach Henley is a sport performance specialist that has worked with athletes of all ages across basketball, volleyball, hockey, and more. Having graduated from Queen’s University, he now focuses on the physical development of young athletes, helping them jump higher, run faster, and move smarter to build long-term success.

They never built a proper foundation of strength, movement skill, and tissue resilience when they were younger." Coach Henley combines evidence-based training with years of practical coaching experience to give young athletes what they need most: safe, progressive training that builds confidence, prevents injuries, and unlocks their full potential.


Background as an Athlete
Before coaching athletes, Henley was one himself — competing at the highest level of AAU basketball through his high school career. That background shapes how he coaches today: every exercise, progression, and cue is filtered through the lens of an athlete who understands what it feels like to be on the court battling against other elite athletes.
